Press the SOS button to request emergency help. The Life Alarm will immediately call your first contact and send a "Help me" SMS with your GPS location to the first 4 contacts within 30sec. The device will call, cycle through your 8 contacts until one answers and accepts the call.

The Life Alarm uses the 4G,4GX mobile network which covers up to 99.2% of Australia's population depending of the supplier.

When the Life Alarm Pendant activated, it is able to call up to 8 pre-programmed contacts and send a SMS text message to up to 4 contacts. The SMS includes users name, date, time and location via a Google Maps link.

The Life Alarm Pendant can be programmed with an timed alert reminder. This can be used to prompt the user to charge the device or take medication.

Life Alarm Pendants have built-in SmartVoice technology that audibly announces messages and alerts. This occurs to let you know when the pendant is charging, there is a low battery, when the SOS button is pressed and when a fall is detected. The Life Alarm can also be used to set a timed alarm and medication reminders to help with everyday tasks.

Weighing under 56g and smaller than a match box, the Life Alarm Pendant is small enough to take anywhere. It can be worn in multiple ways with the included lanyards, wrist stap or clip. There is even a "Find me" feature which enables you to locate the pendant if misplaced.

Fall detection works by measuring speed and elevation, when a fall is detected the Life Alarm will beep and show "Fall" on the screen.  If within 10 sec the alarm has not been cancelled the device will initiate the emergency procedure

Life Alarm Pendants are rated to IP67, indicating it has been tested to be waterproof when submerged in 50cm depth for up to 30 mins. in fresh water only. When using shampoo or detergents we recommend using a shower bag. 

This means that you can confidently wear the pendant in the shower giving you added confidence and protection in high slip and fall situations.

The Life Alarm Pendant works just like a mobile phone, enabling 2 way hands free communication. The "Call out" feature enables the wearer to call any of the 8 contacts directly or alternatively they can call into it.

The Life Alarm can be used to track movement and non movement. The pendant can be programmed to send an alert in the event of inactivity.

A sedentary alarm can be generated if the pendant is stationary for a pre-determined time, whilst it is not in the docking station.

Geofencing is a virtual perimeter set by longitude and latitude coordinates via the GPS.

An alert can be generated if the Life Alarm leaves the pre-designated perimeter.  This feature is useful for caring for people with dementia who wander.
